Stillwater Capital, a leading M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce that we served as exclusive advisor to J.E. Strong Ltd., Canada’s largest ServiceMaster Clean franchisee, in its sale to Cleanesque Solutions Inc. in December 2021.
Since 1976, J.E. Strong has been providing commercial cleaning services to Mississauga and the surrounding areas. J.E. Strong is one of the largest and most well-respected commercial cleaning businesses in Canada.

Cleanesque Solutions Inc., the holding company for the purchaser, acquired the business.
