Sammy joined the Stillwater team in 2022 to help advise Transportation and Logistics businesses seeking to merge, acquire, sell, or obtain financing.

Prior to working at Stillwater, Sammy was the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Transplace; which was acquired by Uber in 2021. He also co-founded M33 Integrated Solutions, a US logistics technology and service provider, acquired by Transplace in 2015. With over 20 years of experience, Sammy brings a wide array of knowledge, insight, and experience, particularly in the Transportation and Logistics space.

Sammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing & Management from Appalachian State University, and advanced Supply Chain Management & Logistics certifications from Georgia Tech and Clemson University.

He is active in his community, supporting a number of local organizations, and is a member of the 2016 Liberty Fellowship class (Aspen Institute). Sammy lives in South Carolina with his wife and their four children.
