Kaitlyn began at Stillwater in 2020 and provides administrative support to our Business Development and Deal teams. She is also responsible for the marketing and communications of the firm.

Prior to joining Stillwater, Kait was the Community Engagement Assistant for the Student Life Department at Brock where she managed events and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and encourage a diverse student experience.

Kaitlyn received her Bachelors (Honours) degree in Business Communication from Brock University.

One thing she wishes people knew about Mergers and Acquisitions is that it is never too early to start thinking about or planning for these transactions- they are significant; you don’t want just anyone to represent you.

In her spare time, she can be found reading a new book, biking local trails, or planning for her next trip.
