With over a decade of advising businesses on how to drive enterprise value, Chris is joining the Stillwater team as Head of Business Development to help expand Stillwater’s reach to serve business owners across North America.

Chris joined Stillwater following a 20-year career shared between the Experiential Learning and Development and Christian Camping industries. Chris has held senior roles as a COO, Head of Finance, and Head of BD, as well as served as a consultant to both Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprises.

Before joining Stillwater, Chris worked as a Senior Executive at Eagle’s Flight, a world leader in developing and delivering powerful principle–based training programs.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Guelph University and a dual MBA from the S.C Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and Queen’s University.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids in his spare time and sits on two non-profit boards.
