Alex joined the Stillwater team in 2024, as an Advisor. He advises the team on both acquisition and divestiture transactions and is actively involved in the firm’s Business Development.

He has over two decades of strategy and sales leadership and has successfully founded and built two freight tech companies, both of which he exited successfully.

Most notably, Alex was one of the founders of Freightwise, a leader in the software supply chain and logistics space with thousands of clients across North America. They have been on the Inc 5000 every year for over five years, #2 in 2019. They have been the fastest-growing company in the Nashville area for four years consecutively, and in 2022 Stillwater advised Freightwise on their investment from Unigestion.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Information Science degree from UNC-Greensboro.

Alex, his wife, and their three children live in Brentwood TN where he enjoys spending time on his farm with his children hunting and fishing.
