Arjaan advises business owners on the sale of their companies and brings more than six years of M&A experience. He leads multiple concurrent engagements through sale, acquisition and financing processes, and plays an active role in the firm’s business development efforts.

Arjaan first joined Stillwater in 2020 and rejoined the firm in 2026 after working with a leading global consolidator of software businesses, where he evaluated and executed acquisitions. That experience gives him first-hand insight into how acquirers assess, value and structure deals, which he uses to prepare clients, anticipate buyer concerns and maximize value at exit.

Arjaan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from McMaster University.

Outside the office, Arjaan is a husband and father of two, serves as treasurer for a local charity, and stays active with hockey and soccer.
